Hi.
I've updated Carbonio CE from 23.2.0 to 23.3.0 and logger no starting anymore with message "missing or not executable" on restart.
Starting logger...skipped. missing or not executable.
Re-running /opt/zextras/libexec/zmsyslogsetup didn't bring any changes.
What logs should I check and/or attach to help figure this out?

@forced The Logger component has been deprecated and removed in 23.3.0, see

for all those who were asking how to remove the Logger from Carbonio, we just released the directions: https://docs.zextras.com/carbonio-ce/html/remove-logger.html I tested them myself and they worked, but in case you find any problems, feel free to report them here.

@dominix, there is an unnecessary dot in the end of the link, after the .html extension. Cut it and the link will work just fine.
Back to the main theme of this discussion...
There is a red notice in guide that if the carbonio-ce meta-package is installed, the remove command may remove other Carbonio CE components.
apt remove -y carbonio-logger
And there is no way to backup or transfer installation (configuration) to the another server with all emails being saved. At least in Community Edition. So what should we do?
@forced you can remove the package carbonio-logger , it is no longer a dependancy on carbonio-ce.
