Carbonio-CE; RHEL 8 to Ubuntu 22 or 24

I've already performed a considerable amount of work migrating for Zimbra 10 FOSS to Carbonio-CE.  I'm on RHEL 8 and would like to migrate to Ubuntu.  Mt thoughts on migrating are;

1) Install a clean and matching version (same as what's on my RHEL) of Carbonio-CE on Ubuntu, either Ubuntu 22 or 24 but probably 22 as it might be more battle hardened.  I'm open to thoughts on this.

2) Stop the various Zextras/Carbonio-CE services.

3) Rename the clean install; /opt/zextras to /opt/zextras.ORG as an example.

4) Rsync /opt/zextras from the RHEL server over to the Ubuntu server.

5) Rerun the installer on Ubuntu.

Is my procedure flawed or missing anything?
