I have a problem here at the company. We've been using Carbon since version 23 and have never had this kind of issue. When I delete emails from a specific account, they don't go to the trash; it's always empty.
Hi there,
I am on core version 25.6.1 and Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS.
Just deleted some emails and all went into Trash.
I understand that does not help you. Have you done an apt update to see if there are any updates available?
So I use CentOS, I was on version 25.3 and it showed the error, I updated to 25.6.1 and the error persists. The strange thing is that it only occurs with one account, the others are normal.
That account have many emails, calendar, contacts etc.?
Somehow migrate/export all info of the account and then delete / recreate account and import all back, might be the way to go.
Carbonio CE has no such function. Zextras don't offer the same tool that is available for Zimbra for such task.
Email export is not big a deal. However, calendar, contacts etc. is something I do not know howto.
For me that is number deal breaker. I will stay with Zimbra.
Just found another post on this forum:

So the account is large, 20GB, I don't know if this process is worth it, at worst I asked to be careful when deleting emails.

Oh boy. That is large. I am no help with that.
May I suggest join Anahuac on Telegram: https://t.me/CarbonioMail
