I've been a user of Zextras for Zimbra for some time, but with the upcoming EOL for Zimbra we need another solution for the users dependent on this system. I have reached out to Zextras but seem to just meet resistance in selling me something. I was told there is a minimum commitment. That's fine. I was sent a spreadsheet to fill out to get a quote. I filled it out and send it back. Nothing. I sent two more followups to the ticket. No response.
Why is it this difficult to get a response with a price quote?
