I got 23.4.0. Every user have zero contacts of GAL. https://ibb.co/VYmdjpZ

GAL mode set to Internal.

Hide in GAL is unchecked    https://ibb.co/wYLn0WLr

Topic can be closed. I got that i have to share address book from system user galsync.
