Hello. I have just found out that in some emails pictures does not show up in web client. Meanwhile same emails in mail client like Thunderbird show all of the pictures it has.
Zimbra 9 shows these emails correctly too.
I guess that related to pictures that embedded, because in mail source i can see that only cid: pictures got blocked.
zextras@mail:~$ zmcontrol -v Carbonio Release 24.7.1 Host mail.domain.com amavis Running directory-server Running mailbox Running memcached Running mta Running proxy Running service webapp Running service-discover Running stats Running config service Running
Any suggestions? Any additional info needs to be provided?
Thank you.

Hi,
Could you please elaborate a little bit that "emails pictures does not show up in web client" is happening when:
- you are sending emails from CE to others or others to CE
- Are you copy/pasting images to CE email editor or adding them using "Add inline image"
Regards,
Sharif
1. It affects mail that we receive to Carbonio from one of the web applications.
2. Adding inline images via Carbonio mail composer works fine.
Didn't found out how to attach file so example of such trouble mail in the link below
Thank you
Hi,
I understood your concern. We have raised the issue to our devs. As per their suggestion, until the issue got resolved please use the "Add inline image" option to add image into the email.
Regards,
Sharif
@sharif These mails are generated by the application, there is no option to add inline image or so, because we receive them from the 3rd party web app.
Adding inline images in the client or Carbonio composer for outgoing mail is not the problem, this works like charm.
Okay. Could you please give me some name of these application, so that if possible I could reproduce the scene and inform the devs? Besides the names, just simply describe the scenario, like from which server, which app and how you are using them to send emails to Carbonio CE without using the actual info of the sender and receiver.
Regards,
Sharif
I'll find out later about scenarios. I have received message attached earlier from one of our mail system user, who currently on vacation.
For now you could simply try to display this message https://pastebin.com/9Vm4VTv6 in Carbonio Web Client. I tried it at two different installations of Carbonio 24.7.1 and no images were shown.
