I have a problem that I have not been able to solve, I turn to you friends,
Every time I send internal emails, they all arrive to the spam folder, I use relay (proxmox mail gateway) for the reception and sending of emails, but I have noticed a value DMARC_FAIL_REJECT=9 which I think is affecting the spam score.

however when I send emails to gmail, hotmail, yahoo the emails arrive to the received folder correctly, the problem only occurs when I send internally.
Hi,
Could you please check your DNS records, especially SPF, DKIM & DMARC, and their alignment? This issue occurs mostly due to DMRAC alignment reasons.
Meanwhile set the Policy value (p=reject) in DKIM to p=quaratine and check again.

For me I did all my check but I still was getting lots of that -9 DMARC score.
I fixed this issue ( which was for me )
in
/opt/zextras/data/spamassassin/localrules/zzsauser.cf
I added
header LOCAL_SPF_NO_ENVFROM eval:check_spf_skipped_noenvfrom()
describe LOCAL_SPF_NO_ENVFROM SPF skipped because EnvelopeFrom could not be determined
score LOCAL_SPF_NO_ENVFROM 0.001
for debug and saw SPF checks where not beeing done by SA.
Then since I saw that hit , I added
always_trust_envelope_sender 1
into the same file and restarted
systemctl restart carbonio-mailthreat.service
