Hello,
Unfortunately we have a problem with updating Carbonio, which has never happened to me with Zimbra.
A Namely. I've been trying to update 23.10.0 for a few months now to 23.12.0, but I also tried to 23.11.0 and the same thing happens, after update webmail admin panel and webmail looks like it:
I do everything according to. https://docs.zextras.com/carbonio/html/release/upgrade.html. The only thing I noticed during the update is that when I do `dnf update --allowerasing`, at some point there is something like this:

But of course the update process continues... After all, reboot, Carbonio gets up, but without a single service:
service-discover Stopped
which cannot be turned on manually. I don't see any specific problem in the logs to make the webmail/admin panel look the way it does. I have all the logs, can anybody help us?
From what I can tell so far it appears that Zextras claim to support RHEL/Clones is a lie. The amount of issues I've found tell me not even a basic level of testing was done. I've not encountered the problem you are having but I also started with 23.11.0 and have only upgraded once to 23.12.0.
Personally, I am considering switching to Ubuntu as that seems better supported. Seeing 23.12.0 was supposed to ship with chat support which doesn't even work at all under Ubuntu either though I'm not convinced it's that much better. Maybe tasks and files will work though.
ehhh... 😐 I am considering switching to Ubuntu too, unfortunately.
