[Sticky] Problems when sending using external software

I have a problem sending emails using some platform programs.

I get the error NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[xx.xx.yy.hh]: 554 5.7.1 <unknown[xx.xx.yy.hh]>: Client host rejected: Access denied; from=<zextras@mail2.dominio.com.br> to=<teste@dominio.com.br> proto=ESMTP helo=<Note0>.

How to release this type of shipment?

Hi,

At first, check the status of your trusted network:

zextras@mail:~$ postconf mynetworks

Now, add the IP of your external software in your mynetworks. Like:

carbonio prov ms $(hostname -f) zimbraMtaMyNetworks '127.0.0.0/8 mail_server_ip/32 external_software_ip/32'
postfix reload

Now try again.
