Well... it's not complicated tbh.... Free Software doesn't come with a private and professional support integrated to it, right?

Free Software gets reliable for it's community and the sharing of experience that comes from it.

In my case I didn't have this issue you describe at all. I have installed many Carboio CE servers and it didn't happen once, so I'm not really sure why it happened to you.

Did you try to set that user quota using the cli command?

Have in mind Carbonio is pretty new and not all options in the UI are totally funcional.

@anahuac i know it's free, so free from any official support. The thing is there isn't unofficial support as well. Maybe it's to fresh.

For my quota issue, i've install as asked by Sharif. Quota is defined on admin panel at cos level.

The zmprov command on the account show a 10G quota, the commands given by Sharif show something else.

I've probably done something wrong, but don't know what.

@jrmchp

Hi,

We can understand your expectations. We respect that. I have already informed our devs team about this issue. I will let you know the update once I hear anything from them.

We try our best to get the resolution as fast as we can but sometimes it takes more time than expected. But that is completely due to the process. I hope would understand.

Therefore, while we get back to you please be with us with your valuable feedback.

Regards,

Sharif
