Service Discover doesn't start after an Ip change.

Hello Community

 

We changed the IP address and after a little moment Carbonio throws the following error:

Feb 16 10:06:34 correo service-discoverd[202201]: 2024-02-16T10:06:34.957-0500 [ERROR] agent: Error starting agent: error="Failed to start Consul server: Failed to start RPC layer: listen tcp 192.168.1.13:8300: bind: cannot assign requested address"
Feb 16 10:06:34 correo service-discoverd[202201]: 2024-02-16T10:06:34.957-0500 [INFO] agent: Exit code: code=1
Feb 16 10:06:34 correo systemd[1]: service-discover.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Feb 16 10:06:34 correo systemd[1]: service-discover.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
Feb 16 10:06:34 correo systemd[1]: Failed to start Service discover server for Zextras.

And when we check the status of all services, we get this:

[zextras@correo ~]$ zmcontrol status
Host correo.unidas.com.ec
amavis Running
antispam Running
antivirus Running
cbpolicyd Running
directory-server Running
mailbox Running
memcached Running
mta Running
opendkim Running
proxy Running
service webapp Running
service-discover Stopped
stats Running
config service          Running

 

We add the IP 192.168.1.13 again to the interface and it got worst.

How We can change the server IP without cause problems to Carbonio?

My Carbonio version is the 24.1.0

Hi,

What is your current IP address?
What is the status of:

systemctl status service-discover.service

Also, share the output of:

cat /etc/zextras/service-discover/config.json
