I see information about shared account in documentation. But in my Admin panel I don't see DELEGATES tab. GENERAL, PROFILE, CONFIGURATIONS, USER PREFERENCES, SECURITY and ADMINISTRATION tabs only.
How do I create a shared account?
Made it through shared folders and CLI.
$ carbonio prov grantRight account SHARE@E-MAIL.DOM usr DELEGATE@E-MAIL.DOM sendOnBehalfOf $ carbonio prov grantRight account SHARE@E-MAIL.DOM usr DELEGATE@E-MAIL.DOM sendAs
I'm wondering if the sendAs is sufficient.
Is this the same than right-clicking on an inbox and share to a user?
Also, there are several levels of sharing, Viewer, Admin, Manager, how to do this with cli?
Tested in CE 24.5.0, the badge with the total unread emails is not updated.

Hi,
Actually shared account or sendonbehalfof or sendas are not initially in the roadmap of Carbonio CE. But we are going to have a discussion about them recently to reevaluate the situation and our user's need.
We will share the update in the forum.
