Good morning all.

Some users have reported us that emails that are sent (and arrive the destination) are also saved in the Drafts folder.

Does anybody have any clue what we could do to avoid this?

Have a great day and thank you very much! 😉

Does this happen while using the webmail or another mail client?

it happens every now and then... I couldn't find any reasonable explanation... it doesn't happens always though.

I think it's relates to that waiting period to send.

People hit send and don't wait those 2 or 3 seconds it takes to be actually sent... and move from the screen to do other things... and that makes Carbonio to save a draft for it.

Take a look and let me know if my theory is correct =)

Never  happened, but anahuac's theory seems reasonable. I will test if I ever find some time 🙂

I figured that reload the webmail interface in the browser (F5) seems to make that "bug" go away =)

I also periodically encounter a problem, which is that after sending an email, it gets into the draft. At the same time, the email is sent. This misleads users. You press the send button and watch as the letter is sent and at the same time gets into drafts. I don't close the page or switch it.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

I also have same problem. What I do currently is adjust "Set send time" into "No delay" on Settings | Mails

I ask the zextras team to help me with this case, I know there are many other users experiencing the same problem.

Thanks

I have the same problem and the temporary solution is to disable the time
