When creating or editing a new message; the editor does not correctly get the common name of the Sender or Recipient that is part of the GAL and causes it to appear as undefined when saving or editing the message.

Unfortunately I can confirm that it's not fixed in 23.7.4 yet.

Hope they do it asap... that's a pretty serious bug.

Hi @arman ! I'll remind you of the problem again. When sent via the web client, the email does not contain the sender's name, only the address. Through the application or a third-party mail client - everything is fine. The problem is present in version 23.7.4. I have known it since version 23.2. She is old and critical. This bug is completely resolved in Carbonio 23.11.

On my tests it's still show "DEFAULT" as you can see below

My suggestion is that when there is no name just add nothing there.
