Thank you for your great product. Everything is fine for users, except modern web UI. It is rather disappointing and not so user-friendly as UI that you provided with Zimbra 9 and zimbra theme for 8.8.15 version. If any possibility to add old UI to Carbonio?
Do you have any plans to refactor existing UI? I am not UI expert, but for my (and some of users from our test group) opinion, it is far from perfect usability.
Some elements are too big, but some (new mail composing field for example) are too small. No options to set font size, etc. In the settings menu whe have to scroll on and on to get all options, which could be formed in one simple view of desktop browser.
It would be fine if we had an option to set old-style look. It really stops our organization from using Carbonio.

Thank you for your feedback. To answer your question, we have already implemented a refactor of the UI with more proportional elements to be more user-friendly and pleasant to the eye. This new design system is going to be available in the upcoming release which is right around the corner and will continue to improve the user interface.
I hope this also helps your organization to have a better user experience.

The WebUI, is woefully missing the mark. Especially when compared to Zimbra. Even Zimbra 8 was much, much more complete. The WebUI for users is pretty sad, but the administrative gui is even worse. The sheer amount of options missing just doesn't make sense.
I'm desperately trying to find a replacement for Zimbra since they've closed their source, but unfortunately it doesn't look like Carbonio is able to fill those shoes. At least not yet.

We are constantly trying to enhance the user experience in the Web UI, as we just did in the recent release 22.10.0.
