Well after over two year trouble free the server is now broken upgrading from 25.6 to 25.12. I'm only able to connect to the sever via SSH.
I followed the upgrade docs to the letter, however its appears Ubuntu was also upgraded from 22.04 to 24.04

Hi,
Considering the sensitivity, I would not recommend to do upgradation of both OS & Carbonio CE at the same time. I would recommend one of the following approaches:
- Install Carbonio CE on a Upgraded OS and migrate the data from old system to the new one.
- Upgrade the OS first; then upgrade the Carbonio CE.
But regardless of approaches; always take backup/snapshot of your system as Upgrading is a sensitive and critical task.
You could try recompiling perl libraries by cpan but it could also make the issue worst.
I would recommend the first approach, if you do not want to test with your data.

I did the posting late last night hence why it appears truncated. The 27.12 upgrade also upgraded the OS to 24.04 from 22.04, this I wasn’t expecting. I performed the ‘apt full-upgrade’ command as per the documentation.
I have since done some research and was wondering whether a rerun of the official installation script after first remove the software package is an alternate way to go thus ‘preserving data’

At this point of time, I would suggest following:
1. Install a fresh Carbonio CE
2. Try Imapsync to transfer data
I have rebuilt the server Ubuntu 24.04/Carbonio-CE 25.12 and working.
Domains, Accounts, Aliases, Distribution Lists/Members all migrated onto it.
However, I'm unable to import the emails/contacts/calendar in (.tgz) files.
Carbonio-ce 25.12 doesn't seem to support "zmprov" calls to the mailboxes so the old migration script fails.
Any workaround out there!

I have resolved all my issues and I now have an up-to-date Carbonio-CE running on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
