We are on going to have a new release of Carbonio Community Edition as 25.12.0 by this month. I noticed one critical point that is affecting us and our users experience of handling issues.
For Us:
- It is paramount to know and understand the impact of an issue.
For Our users:
- Users should be able to see existing opened issues
- User reported issues should be acknowledged and taken care of
Keeping that in mind, I would like to request you to use following instruction while reporting an issue of Carbonio Community Edition. This is a test setup to understand and evaluate user reporting aspects. Your cooperation could led us improve ourselves.

Your suggestions and feedbacks are more than welcome. Right now it does not have any voting mechnism. So to vote an issue, write to the forum with the Title of the issue and the reporter of the issue. Therefore, I could update properties of the issue card to make it underastandable for all.
As I mentioned earlier, it is a test setup. It would give us crucial insights on how issues are reported, how it impacts our users and how we need to deal with issues and many more. So I need your cooperation.
