zextrasFeatureLoginWithAliasEnabled is not a Carbonio CE setting, so it is not something you can set from here. This forum covers Carbonio CE. Your title mentions Enterprise edition. In that case the right place is the Carbonio support portal, where the team can check it against your version and setup.
