I have successfully upgraded from 25.12.0 to 26.3.0 but in the Admin Portal : MTA tab, all the values are blank and switches are shown as OFF.   I remember is first occurring in 25.9.0 which seem to break a lot of things.   Could this be a permissions issue which won't permit the GUI to read the values in the database because when you use terminal to lookup a configuration, its shows the value is there.  For example:

zextras@mail:~$ carbonio prov gacf zimbraMtaPostscreenDnsblSites
zimbraMtaPostscreenDnsblSites: zen.spamhaus.org

But the Admin Portal: MTA the DNS Blacklist Sites field is shown as blank.

More than frustrating!

@hippiecool

After my last response on your another comment, I checked further.. I noticed that the issue occurs on Admin Panel > MTA > postscreen_tuning. I have informed our devs. I will share update once I have any.

And thanks for reporting this issue.

Regards,

Ubuntu 22.04 Carbonio-ce 25.12.0.  I followed the exact Upgrade from Previous Edition steps on the website here:    https://docs.zextras.com/carbonio-ce/html/upgrade/upgrade.html

For me, all MTA Tabs are missing information or switches are OFF.

Exactly the same situation here after upgrading from Carbonio-CE 25.12.0 to 26.3.0 on RHEL-8.

I hope we don't have to wait until 26.6.0 to have this fixed (again).

Thanks!
