Error getInitializedDomains 404

Hello All,

I'm trying to fresh install Carbonio CE. I install with multinode scenario. My deployment already done and now I still trying every features it has. At this moment, I had some issue and it happened when I click "Accounts > Account Detail > Administration". It display error "Error. Status 404". I check the log and its say like this

12/Nov/2025:18:28:45 +0700]  "GET https://<domain>/service/extension/zextras_admin/admin/getInitializedDomains HTTP removed link " 404 4548

On browser, I have Inspect element shown like this

I'm already check every possible related services but I couldn't figure out where is the cause. Can anyone help me how to fix this error, please?
