There are many similar posts some of them solved but no clear explaination

Sorry to hear about your trouble.
Right now only Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa) & RHEL8 are the officially supported OS for Carbonio CE. Though, you can try installing Carbonio CE in some other similar OSs but it is not recommended at all and definitely not for any production environment.
