Hi
Is there a way to Upgrade from Carbonio Release 24.5.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS to higher version, if yes, please share me the working url.
or it there is no option then please let me know the migration process.

You can update, but for now I recommend not updating to the latest version, which is 25.9, as it has several issues and there is no official patch available yet.
However, I suggest you update your distro, as the new updates are not supported in Ubuntu 20.04.6. Update to 22.04.
