Hello,
is there a "simple" mean to manage aliases in the admin panels ?

You can do it from the Admin UI... and it's "simple", isn't it?
Admin UI -> Domains -> Click on Domain -> Accounts -> Click on Account -> ADVANCED EDIT -> MANAGE ALIAS
This will lead you to the "Manage the Aliases for this account"
