Zextras Chat Orientation Problem

So I decided to give Team Pro a chance and check out the mobile apps to see if it worked well. You cannot start a video conference in the app for iOS? The orientation for Team in the web client is sideways with no way to fix it (it does not rotate at all depending on orientation of phone client). This was a one on one chat. There does not seem to be much by way of contacting Zextras to fix these sorts of things. Is there a bugzilla or something? The sideways iOS client in the web client is very disturbing. I have yet to test it with more than one person but I am sure none of the pictures being used in the app store are legitimate. Or maybe this is an issue with videoserver?
