Localisation of forum?

Hey,

I've been looking at my profile settings, but I cannot find a way to change display of date/time. All dates and time are only in USA way of writing. Any chance to add an option for changing date/time format?

It is very confusing for people not from the USA to see something like 6/9/2017, as we tend to think this is September...
