We have an installation of a 3-node carbonio (Carbonio core, Workstream server and Video server) for about 700 users. Sometimes we get the following errors:

We have also taken the SOAP error message:

Can anyone tell what could be the possible reason of it and what is the permanent solution?

Hi,
We are experiencing the same problem and couldn't find anything helpful in the logs and in the web.
We generally experience this problem in the morning, when users try to login their mail accounts. However there aren't many users, we have around 250 users. We have enough resources (16 vcpu, 96 GB mem) for the mail server.
We are using CE Version 26.6.2.
Could you help us in solving this problem.
