Hi Guys.

I've passed many days trying to configure accounts in Outlook 2013 and 2016 in Windows 7, and it's been impossible.

Looking the logs and any messages o errors appears to happen, simply nothing..

Can anyone help me?

Sorry for my english!

Regards.

Is it possible to configure IMAP in Outlook running Windows 7?

I've enabled TLS 1.0, 1.2, etc. and I was not able to configure it.

Outlook message, Unable to establish secure connection with the server.

Right. The issue is that TLS 1.0 and 1.2 are deprecated and no longer available in Carbonio.

Just to make it clear, that's not Carbonio's fault, but outdated Outlook's fault.

Anyway, there is a hack you may try to "convince" this old Outlooks to work

Take a look at this link

Hope it helps

But I followed all the steps on the link and now the test mail is sent but still is not possible to connect to IMAP in order to make the sincronization of the inbox.

Oh... I see... well... that was a try... an ugly "twick" if you ask me.

So... time to upgrade to a new version.

Regards

@anahuac Yeah I know that, but the machines doesn't support an OS upgrade lol.

I'll tell the users to live with the web version..

Thanks a lot my friend.
