Images pasted from Carbonio web cannot be seen by the recipient

Hi,

Our devs are aware of this issue. Until we get any further update on this topic, I would recommend you to use "Add attachments" button in the editor to attach the image with an email.

Thanks for your quick response. I hope it comes soon because fixing this would be very helpful, and we have to rely on an email client or sometimes deal with users who don't understand.

Thanks for your understanding. By the way, you have written your CE version is 24.3.0 is it correct or you meant 25.3.0?

That's right, I still have version 24.3.0

I would recommend you to upgrade your system to the latest version. Since, 24.3.0 there were several releases including security focused fixes. Please take a look at the upgradation segment of CE documentation and upgrade your system to avoid any inconvenience.
