The problem with uploading a file larger than 10 kilobytes via the WEB

Hello! Help me solve the problem. It all started after the disk space ran out. The space has been increased, but files larger than 10Kb have stopped being attached to the Carbonio WEB interface from the local one. If you upload the files to the Files section first and then attach them to the email, then there are no problems with the file size. Everything also works great in Thunderbird.
