Core Tab empty

Hi All

Have a server running 8.6.0 and just installed the latest zextras so I can purchase and use the backup feature to migrate the accounts to anew box.

The issue I have is when I click on the core, it's blank so I can't install a license. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but not joy. Can anyone advise how I get around this
