license not working after restart

after a server reboot i got an error message about expired license:

Your ZeXtras Suite License is expired.

All ZeXtras Suite paid modules have been forcibly disabled.
The ZeXtras Chat module and any other free feature won't be affected.

but current license is valid until september acording to dateend:
