Zetras new license issue

Hi,
I have renewed the Zextras license as I do each year, but when trying to upload through Zetras Suit Plus / Core I get the message "your are tryingto upload expired license". I contacted our suplier and sent new license file twice already, but every time I get the same issue with the date.

Has anyone had the same problem?
