Hi.

AFAIK there's no bugzilla and we should use the forum to open bugs 8)

A quick reminder of my setup : I run ZeXtrasBackup on a NE server, only to be able to import data from the ZeXtrasMigrationTool.

We imported (nicely) 7 users and 4 domains a couple of days ago.

One of the account imported was a GlobalAdmin and was imported as a GlobalAdmin (maybe the tool could show a warning about this?).
I've now downgraded the account to "Domain Admin".

However, when he logs into the admin WebUI, he gets a "ZeXtras Core missing" error.
And I get an error (obviously) in the mailbox.log :

Code:

I made a quick check in the domain/CoS/user (zmprov gd, gc and ga) but see nothing related to ZeXtras.

Of course, other DomainAdmins (on other domains) don't have this problem.

Any idea?
