feature request: ZxBackup commit comments

When exec'ing a backup -- either FULL or SCAN -- it would be useful to be able to add a comment field (e.g., similar to `git commit -m "some comment text"`) via CLI &/or @GUI to 'tag' the backup. A typical use case: tags identifying FULL backups immediately before & after a Zimbra upgrade ...
