Euro's and support portal

Has the Euro option gone? I bought licence's but the only option was dollars. I went through but the invoice was in dollars as well. I send a support ticket 5 days ago to resolve it but no answer yet and another support ticket 3 hours ago as a reminder and with another question. Sorry to use this forum as another means to get in contact.

Could someone look in to them? 24137 and 24162
