Could you help me with how I can increase this limit?

increase message limit its available from https://yourip:6071/carbonioAdmin
gp t0 MTA --> advanced --> max size for mail messages
default size is 10240000 ( in byte ) equal to 10MB maximum per message
your settings its 10836 Bytes = 0.010836 MB
after make change make sure restart service
