i am unable to login my Carbonio mail.

could you please share more details like:

  1. is it a new installation or upgradation?
  2. What OS your using?
  3. What is the output of : su - zextras -c "zmcontrol -v"
  4. have you checked all the status:
    1. systemctl list-units carbonio*
    2. curl -s -v http://127.78.0.4:10000/health | jq

I am talking about Mobile Application. When i try to login there is a error message like An error Occurred please try again later.

still, you need to mention followings:

  • Carbonio CE version
  • SSL version
  • Mobile App version
