add 2 public instances for nginx and video to mail server installed on local network

Single instance install.  I have aws site to site, would like to move video chat and nginx to separate ec2 instances with public ip and keep the rest of the server install on my local network.  Service to service can continue to use local ip's.

I have used the deployment script and it works perfectly, that's a great feature.
