Auto-Created Archive accounts with Auto-Archiving

Hello,

I am looking to see if there is a way to implement an auto-created account with the auto-archiving. Is there a cronjob that I can run on a set email by domain? or is there a way I can make it so that when an account gets created it is auto-archived and the archived account is auto-created, or can this be scripted to do so?
