No valid CSR was found

Hello,

I'm trying to install commercial SSL but it gave No valid CSR, I tried to generate the CSR from administrator Area I'm getting the following error:

Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: mail.domain.com->zimbra@mail.domain.com:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: [unknown] Details:soap:Receiver

once again, I removed the following path:

rm -rf /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr createcsr comm -new -subject "/C=US/ST=London/L=London/O=Zimbra Mail/OU=Mail Server/CN=mail.domain.com"

more /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.csr

su - zimbra

zmcontrol stop

zmcontrol start

It display the correct CSR

but still appear in the administrator no valid CSR

Any idea please?
