Sorry, typo. I have no issues currently. Server is tested as A+ on Qualys SSL.
Add in /opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf.in
$inet_socket_bind = '127.0.0.1';
zmamavisdctl restart

I have now tried getting the download link time and time again. It never gets sent. I've checked my email logs and nothing comes at all.
Which is the latest patch I can install on the version I have right now? I'm on 9.0.0.ZEXTRAS.20220402.UBUNTU18.64 UBUNTU18_64 FOSS edition currently.
Please zextras. Fix the download link so we don't have to get it through email as it clearly does not work correctly.

I can confirm, that I ran into the same issue updating to p25 and was able to resolve it with the steps given
I also was not able to update without using the Zimbra repository, which I did delete due to the issues it caused the first time.
It get's more and more complicated and fuzzy each time. Not sure if I want to rely on this for the future.

Thats weird.. I don't even see any connection on port 25 for anything from zextras at all after requesting the link.
Last time I donwloaded and installed that pack I b0rked my server and had to revert back to my snapshot of the server.
As you supposed to use the zimbra repository when installing/upgrading with this pack?

Seems rebooting resolved the problem - it is now gone.
@daz All I can say is that the mail from Zextras worked yesterday.
Please download the latest Zextras build. I don't use Zimbra repos anymore.
I did just that and all I got when starting it up again and going to the webmail was java error, pages and pages of it..
So I had to revert to my snapshot again. ;/

I tried recently a clean install - went good. And upgraded my production server with the latest Zextras-package. After installing an ldap-patch I could logon again. Before all services were running but couldn't login.
Every server is different. 🙂
I think I'll wait for the next patch and see if it works better that time.
I'd rather not reinstall everything and configure everythign from scratch again.
Next time I do that I will be on 20.04 or so.
if you try tou up your zimbra zextras edition with the latest version of build by zextras you can see an error with java show the fix i 've try on my ubuntu 18 zextra 9.0.0 FOSS edition by zetras

after who can confirm the command waas succefully passed with:
zmlocalconfig -e mailboxd_java_options
su - zimbra
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start
and normally it's work
if you wan to restore open chat before the update backup your zimlet in your server "com_zextras_chat_open"
