Incremental Migration - Stats.

Good morning everyone.

I am busy doing a migration from Zimbra 8.0.7 to Zimbra 8.7.11.

Current Stats as of 27/06/2017 08:53:

• Smart Scan Started: 20/06/2017 08:20:08
• Accounts scanned: 244/327
• Account updated/new: 0/247
• Item scanned: 6133816
• Item updated/new/unique: 0/6123193/4965854

Current Server Stats:

• STORE0: /opt/zimbra/store: 1.6T
• STORE1: /opt/zimbra2: 519G
• MIGRATION: /migrate: 493G

So, after 7 days (168 hours), my first scan is 3/4 way through my accounts.

Is this correct? It seems like an awful amount of time spent to do the first step in the migration. My scenario/implementation of mail can not be even close to being a big one with only 327 accounts? Is this typical and normal for a smart scan?

I will keep this updated as I proceed.
