When trying to perform an "Import Backup" on a brand new Zimbra server, I get the following pop-up:

The backup was made on a server with Zimbra version 8.6.0_GA_1194.NETWORK, ZeXras recently upgraded to 2.14.1
I want to restore parts of this backup on a Zimbra version 8.8.11_GA_3780.FOSS, Zextras version 2.14.1
The Import Backup folder of this new server is nfs mounted to the Backup Path of the original server; access rights are OK (checked).
RealTime Scanner has been disbled on both machines.
Any idea what might be wrong with this setup?

Hello .. the exact same thing happens to me .. the zextras documentation is very basic and not very specific ... can you please give me some idea how to solve it?

Are you importing your backup using Zextras Trail License ?
Please note this, you cannot import data from different infrastructure using Trail License.
I would like to tell you to go through the below article, that gives an explanation about incremental migration which is also a best way of migrating data from different infrastructure.
