ZxChat problems with video call

Hello,

I've installed zimbra 8.7.11 NETWORK Edition by a customer with ZxChat (zimlet version is 2.1)

When a user start a videocall, the recipient can see correctly the sender video but the sender cannot see the recipient video. Browser is Firefox 52. Someone has the same issue? How can I solve it?
