ActiveSync Sync Issues Outlook 2013

Hi,

I have a user in Outlook 2013 (ActiveSync) locally on your network has no problems, everything synchronizes perfectly, it will travel and arriving at the hotel is connected to the Internet and opens the Outlook and all mail is blank and Outlook starts synchronize again and after a while again beginning to synchronize again.

I see the logs and find this:
