Blank Active Sessions List


We are seeing very similar symptoms to Bug 65 ? Active session list empty

One big difference is that sync.log is not being updated at all. On one account we have enabled a logger to see whether that gets written to. The client is receiving their emails so the underlying system is working.

We have reset the device to see if that helps.

Any further debugging we could enable ?
