Calendar on Outlook2013 not show schedule Attendees

Hi,Good Morning.

I have question.

I create a new appointment and Invite Attendees.

I choose menu Appoinment>Scheduling for I check free schedule Attendees.

on Outlook2013 is not show schedule at Invite Attendees.

and

It is show error always

and

Can ZxChat use on Webmail ONLY, on webmail mobile can not use ?
