No news about reported issue, customers are angry !

Hello,

We reported an issue ( https://bugzilla.zextras.com/show_bug.cgi?id=174 ) but we have no feedback, neither on bugzilla, nor on twitter. We didn't even get a simple ack saying teams are analysing, we are wondering what kind of service we are paying for ?

Since nobody seems to care about issues, does anyone know a working procedure to revert back from 2.2.0 to 2.0.4 ?
