[Opinion] Admin account should be excluded in license

Just my opinion, in every case that we have a client which has zextras on their server the only purpose of the admin account is to login to the administration portal. I just feel it should be excluded from licensing so that the account does not consume a license for a mailbox that will never be used. Again just my 2 cents.
