Sync issue with CloudMagic (android app)

Hi,
I have just converted our server from Zimbra Professional Edition to the Community version 8.6.0 and installed the latest Zextras Suite 1.10.2
In order not to loose the ActiveSync feature of the professional edition, I bought the license for the bundle.

However, my Cloud Magic app in Android stop working and when I am doing trouble-shooting with the app support, this is what I get as reply from the team there:

"From our logs we noticed that it does not confirm to ActiveSync protocol. The MessageClass for the emails was also empty and there were also errors where the time stamp fields were in an incorrect format. "

Any suggestion for me on how to work around this? Anyway to tweak this in ZxMobile? I need ActiveSync.
The feature is working fine in Zimbra Professional.
